Our services are conducted and operated by KSPDIGITALSOLUTIONS.COM. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KSP Digital Solutions. We offer this Website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. This Agreement does not alter in any way the service terms or service conditions of any other written agreement you may have with KSP Digital Solutions for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately request the termination of your service and the same will be immediately terminated on our end. By availing of our services from this website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service.” You agree to be bound by the following service terms and conditions, including our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Service Terms and Conditions carefully before making the payment or submitting any product review/comments. If you do not agree to all the service terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not avail of our services by any means. If these Service Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or changes added to our services will also be subject to the Service Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of these terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
KSP: General Service Policies
All the services provided by KSP Digital Solutions or its parts come under our general service policies. For individual service policies, please refer to the other policy sections under our “Service Terms/Policies.” By availing of any of KSP Digital Solutions’ services, you agree to these policies. Please read all the policies before making the payments/asking for our postpaid services.
KSP/A: Website Development
- KSP/A1: Our website development plans are customizable as per the requirement requested by the clients. An estimated delivery date will be given after we receive the project details from the client’s end. 48 hours is the minimum time required to complete one single project; it may increase depending upon the requirements/holidays and type of service.
- KSP/A2: Estimated dates are not promised dates of delivery; they can be changed due to certain situations. KSP Digital Solutions reserves full rights to change/update any estimated date with proper prior notification.
KSP/B: Revisions and Support
- KSP/B1: We provide revisions only after delivery to all our clients. A maximum of up to 2 revisions can be done within 48 hours from the delivery date. More than 2 revisions are not allowed for a single project (other than in the case of a technical dispute from KSP Digital Solutions’ end). In the case of animation videos, all the revisions made to videos are limited (ref. KSP/B2).
- KSP/B2: Continuation of policy KSP/B1, as the videos are made according to the client’s requirement, requested revisions are done with a limitation. Changing the entire or more than 40% of the script, scene, codes, and web designs in the case of animation videos and website development are not acceptable.
- KSP/B3: With reference to policies KSP/B1 and KSP/B2, revision requests must be placed/requested within 48 hours from the delivery date and time; otherwise, no revision request will be accepted after 48 hours in the case of animation videos and 7 days for website development service.
- KSP/B4: Website design & development support includes only the addition of new pages and sections (within the development plan limit).
- KSP/B5: Our KSP Digital Solutions Theme comes with 10 years of license. After that, KSP Digital Solutions will not provide any further updates (if any) for the theme.
KSP: Payment Policies (Service Payment)
We accept:
- For Indian Payments: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net-banking, and any UPI Apps. (Please read the respective payment platform’s policies before saving your card details on them).
- For International Payments: Only debit cards and credit cards via Stripe or PayPal are accepted. Payments can be made using the links that are shared via email or SMS from KSP Digital Solutions OR any direct payment through our client portal (https://client.kspdigitalsolutions.com).
We do not accept cheque payments. Credit cards must clear the authorization process on order. Due to regulatory limitations/insufficient balance, you might get charged extra when you place the order. Please contact your bank for more information on your daily/monthly transaction limits. We reserve the right to cancel/refund service orders/payments without prior notice to the user.
All the payments are made to KSP Digital Solutions (KSP Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). We are not responsible for any kind of transaction mistakes (like entering the wrong receiver’s details in case of bank transfers, wrong receiver’s phone number, wrong receiver’s UPI ID, or any other mistakes from the user end). To avoid these mistakes, pay using the link sent from our accounts department or our client portal. GET OUR CORRECT DETAILS FROM OUR PAYMENT PAGE ONLY or from the generated invoice.
KSP/A: Refunds
- KSP/A1: According to the nature of our business/services we provide to our clients, we do not accept refund requests if the service is already confirmed or aged more than 3 days. Only technical disputes from KSP Digital Solutions’ end will be considered for a full refund for all our services.
- KSP/A2: Refunds will only be issued if the client requests/cancels the service before starting the service/project. (Section KSP/A2 is not applicable for animation videos and our postpaid services).
- KSP/A3: Continuation of KSP/A2, if the project has already started, then an installation/development service charge will be applicable for all of our services (in case of a refund request).
KSP/B: Payment Structure
- KSP/B: Payment can be done in 2 parts: 40% payment must be done before the start of the service/project (Non-Refundable in case of cancellation) applicable only for Website Development and related services. In the case of all other services, payment must be done in full before the start of the project. Section KSP/B is not applicable for our postpaid services.
KSP/C: Overdue Payments
- KSP/C1: KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to remove all the discounts and complimentary features/services added to any invoice if the payment is not completed before the overdue date or after the 4th overdue notification is sent to the user’s registered email.
- KSP/C2: After the confirmation of the service from the client, we’re bound to create an invoice for the service with a due date of 4-7 days for the client to complete the payment.
- KSP/C3: The due date can be extended only up to 2-7 days on the client’s request before 24 hours prior to the 1st or 2nd due notification. KSP Digital Solutions will send all reminder notifications to clients 24 hours before and on every due date to the client’s registered email and SMS.
- KSP/C4: Overdue invoices for KSP Digital Solutions’ postpaid/prepaid services will carry an overdue fee of ₹50/day in case the postpaid/prepaid invoices are not paid after the 3rd or 4th due date/notification (Applicable for all of our products/service invoices from KSP Digital Solutions) Will not be effective from April 2023.
- KSP/D: KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to remove/stop all access/services of/for the client if the payment is not completed after the 5th due payment notice.
- KSP/E: For overdue payments of more than 8-10 days, KSP Digital Solutions reserves the rights to return the hosting & domain in case of website development (if applicable) as compensation for the service charge.
Refund Policy
According to the nature of our business/services we provide to our clients, we do not accept refund requests if the service is already confirmed, started, or aged more than 3 days. Only technical disputes from KSP Digital Solutions’ end will be considered for a full refund in all of our services. After processing a refund, it may take 4-5 working days to reflect on your account.
KSP: User’s Content Protection Policy
Only our video-making related services come under these policies. For website development services, please check policy section KSP – Website Policy.
Animated Videos
- KSP/A: All the contents (like Images, Voice-overs, Text, and any others) provided by users are only used for the client’s animation videos. KSP Digital Solutions does not save/re-use/re-distribute any contents provided by the client in any way.
- KSP/B: All user-provided materials will be removed from our database within 7 days from the completion of the service. Completed projects will be deleted after 30 days from the delivery date.
- KSP/C: In the case of technical issues with the project within 30 days from the delivery date, KSP Digital Solutions will help you fix the issues, if any. KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to not fix any issues if the user provides any misleading/false information or unauthorized scripts/codes/contents.
- KSP/D: We do not provide source codes/scripts for any of our video-making services unless the user purchases a full buy-out package.
Video Marketing
- KSP/E: KSP Digital Solutions may provide a refund or partial refund only if the video content/services are canceled before the start of the service. (Video marketing plans are customizable and updated frequently, so the estimated service start date can be changed.)
- KSP/F: KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to cancel a service after we receive the user’s payment if the content provided by the user is misleading/false.
- KSP/G: KSP Digital Solutions does not guarantee the same number of video plays/views (if we use any 3rd party platforms) as mentioned in our marketing plans. The total number of views/plays depends on the quality of the video content, ad spend budget, and certain algorithms of the platform used. KSP Digital Solutions will notify you of all the changes regarding video plays/views before the service starts.
- KSP/H: We will make our best efforts to achieve the estimated number of views/plays within the given timeline. In some cases, it may take a longer time to reach our estimated target of views/plays.
KSP: Website Development Policies
- KSP/A: We do not provide root access to our hosting server. All the content provided by the client (for hosting purposes) is hosted on our server as per our hosting & content policy (ref. KSP).
- KSP/B: KSP Digital Solutions does not save/re-use/re-distribute any contents provided by the client in any way.
- KSP/C: User-provided materials will be removed from our database within 7 days from the completion of the service.
- KSP/D: All our services and plans for Website Development come with an estimated time of delivery. In some cases, the delivery time may extend due to holidays, technical issues, third-party involvement, and/or more requirements than mentioned before. In such cases, KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to change/update the estimated delivery date without prior notice to the client.
- KSP/E: KSP Digital Solutions does not take any responsibility for the contents that are provided by the user. If we find any misleading, unauthorized content provided by the user, KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice to the user.
- KSP/F: According to our revision policies (ref. KSP/B), revision requests are to be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Revision requests are accepted in written form only. No revision requests will be accepted after 7 days of the delivery date.
KSP: Digital Marketing & SMM Policies
- KSP/A: KSP Digital Solutions does not guarantee the same number of video plays/views as mentioned in our marketing plans. The total number of views/plays depends on the quality of the video content, ad spend budget, and certain algorithms of the platform used. KSP Digital Solutions will notify you of all the changes regarding video plays/views before the service starts.
- KSP/B: For digital marketing & SMM services, payment must be done in full before the start of the service.
- KSP/C: KSP Digital Solutions does not take any responsibility for the contents that are provided by the user. If we find any misleading, unauthorized content provided by the user, KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice to the user.
- KSP/D: KSP Digital Solutions may provide a refund or partial refund only if the service is canceled before the start of the service. Refund requests are not accepted once the service starts.
KSP: Development Support
- KSP/A: Website design & development support includes only the addition of new pages and sections (within the development plan limit).
- KSP/B: KSP Digital Solutions reserves the right to remove/stop all access/services of/for the client if the payment is not completed after the 5th due payment notice.

KSP: Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
